Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.
Prices (inclusive of GST)
There is a minimum stay of two nights (exceptions apply, please call us to discuss, one night stays may incur additional cleaning charges). Please note that over Christmas season (mid December to mid January) and long weekends (Melbourne calendar), we have a minimum stay of 3 nights, unless discussed prior.
Weekend nights are Friday and Saturday nights.

Credit card payments incur a surcharge of 2.5%.
Check in and Check out
Check in is strictly anytime after 2.00pm, and check out is at 10 a.m
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be notified in writing or by email, clearly setting out the reason and details of the proposed cancellation. All cancellations received 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged the full amount of the booking.
